Plant Mechanical Engineer – Foundry Environment Location: Derbyshire Salary: £54,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus Shift Pattern: Panama Days/Nights Shift Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Engineer: * Preventative Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine and reactive maintenance on foundry equipment and machinery to minimise downtime. * Hydraulics & Pneumatics Expertise: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. * Interpret Engineering Drawings: Read and work from detailed mechanical engineering drawings for the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery. * Health & Safety: Adhere to safety standards and practices, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
