Job Description

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Fire Officer to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester.

What the job will be doing

  • Conduct professional, suitable, and sufficient Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Undertakings FRA’s in residential buildings including high rise/sheltered/extra care schemes and community centres

What you will need

  • Candidates will need to have a valid driving licence and access to a car
  • Already have obtained or be willing to work towards a Professional Fire Accreditation.
  • Level 3/4 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Safety Management
  • Knowledge and Experience working with Fire Safety legislation and regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Extensive experience of undertaking FRA’s in the residential sector
