The Role:

Are you a senior technology leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale platform engineering solutions? Join us as Senior Delivery Lead – Platform Engineering to take ownership of high-impact initiatives and steer delivery across critical areas of our key accounts.

This is a pivotal leadership role, ideally suited for someone who thrives on building alignment, delivering outcomes, and driving platform maturity in global, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will:

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of platform engineering services across multiple streams and teams
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and engineering leads to define, plan, and execute strategic platform initiatives
  • Provide technical oversight and delivery governance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across platforms
  • Champion modern engineering practices including DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD automation, and observability
  • Align global delivery teams across time zones and regions, ensuring seamless collaboration and value-driven outcomes

Personal Specification:

  • 10+ years in software/platform engineering, with significant senior delivery or leadership roles
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise DevOps, and platform lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex tech deliveries across cross-functional, distributed teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A mindset for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivery excellence
