Role Overview
The Financial Controller will oversee all financial aspects, ensuring rigorous financial processes and accurate reporting. This standalone position requires a proactive individual capable of handling various financial tasks, including accounting, auditing, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and rigor.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to align with strategic goals.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, highlighting key insights and variances.
- Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop strategic financial plans and initiatives.
- Implement and optimize financial systems, preferably Xero, for improved efficiency.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Liaise with sales team sand improve revenue recognition and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with at least 5 years of financial management experience.
- Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software.

- Self-starter with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
