Desian Education is proud to be working with a caring and inclusive primary school in North Liverpool, who are seeking a One-to-One Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 1 pupil with autism. This rewarding role offers the chance to provide consistent support and help a young learner build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Your Role Will Include:

? Providing one-to-one support for a KS1 pupil with autism? Supporting social, emotional, and communication development? Working alongside the class teacher and SEND team to deliver tailored strategies? Creating a calm, structured, and positive learning experience? Using patience, consistency, and encouragement to promote progress
