Lead Electrical Bias Engineer

A leading family feel, Hard FM contractor, currently has a key requirement for a Lead Electrical Bias Engineer for a static commercial media space in London. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, AHU and FCU maintenance, small plumbing repairs, and other reactive work. Paid up to £52,000.

As a Lead Electrical Bias Engineer, you will be:

  1. Covering service and maintenance of BMS front end systems.
  2. Carrying out regular PPM’s on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  3. Completing breakdowns on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  4. Fault finding and repairing electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  5. Based on the client’s site, which is a large commercial media site.
  6. Paid up to £52,000 depending on experience.

Requirements for the Lead Electrical Bias Engineer:

  1. Completing RAMS.
  2. Experience in PPM’s on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  3. Fault finding and repair experience on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  4. Experience with being client-facing and having good relationship-building skills.
  5. Must be within easy commute to North-West London.
  6. Must be computer literate and able to use Excel.
