About Us:Remedy is working with secondary schools across East London to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant looking for full-time, long-term work in a vibrant school environment.

Job Overview:As a Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom teachers with lesson delivery and provide targeted help to students who need additional support. The successful Teaching Assistant will be patient, proactive, and eager to support learning across multiple subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Teaching Assistant team in supporting student's academic progress.
  • Work one-to-one or in small groups with students who need extra help.
  • Support the classroom teacher with behaviour management.
  • Provide feedback on student progress to teachers and senior staff.
  • Help with setting up and organising classroom activities and resources.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not essential.
