This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, visible legal role within a global technology services organisation operating at the forefront of large-scale digital transformation, complex outsourcing programmes, and mission-critical commercial deals across the UK and Ireland.

As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will sit at the heart of major commercial activity — advising on high-value, strategically important transactions that shape long-term client relationships. From multi-year outsourcing agreements and IT services contracts to complex licensing, procurement, and regulatory matters, your work will directly enable business growth and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Legal, you will act as a trusted legal adviser to senior stakeholders, partnering closely with commercial, delivery, and executive teams. This is not a back-office role — it’s a position of real influence, ownership, and leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years’ legal experience, ideally gained in-house or within a top-tier law firm
  • Deep expertise in IT contracts, outsourcing, managed services, and technology licensing
  • A proven track record of drafting and negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements
  • Experience leading or supervising legal teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise at senior and executive level
  • Exposure to both public and private sector clients
  • Experience working in cross-cultural or international business environments

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the legal work on major commercial transactions, including complex IT services, technology, and outsourcing deals
  • Drafting, negotiating, and advising on high-value, long-term contracts with enterprise and public sector clients
  • Providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice on regulatory, compliance, and risk matters
  • Supporting strategic initiatives, bids, and large transformation programmes from a legal perspective
  • Managing and mentoring junior legal team members, helping to build capability and consistency across the function
  • Acting as a key legal interface for internal stakeholders across the UK and Ireland, in a fast-paced, international environment

The Package

  • Bonus and comprehensive benefits
  • Central London office
  • Office-based role (5 days per week) with flexibility as and when required
