We are seeking junior to mid-level Real Estate Lawyer based in the UK to support high-quality Australian real estate matters for a leading international law firm on an ad-hoc, hourly basis. This is an excellent opportunity for flexible legal professionals looking to engage in complex and varied real estate work with an international dimension.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters arising in the Australian market
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, sale agreements, and related documents
- Supporting transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and property developments
- Conducting legal research and preparing client-ready advice
- Collaborating with Australia-based legal teams across time zones
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
