Job Description
They are a highly respected independent RIBA practice and sustainability consultantcy who have a vast client base throughout the region. As a business they have 15 members of staff and work across community, residential and retrofit projects that can range from £1m to £20m.
For this role you will producing high quality detailed designs and technical information working closely with external consultants. You will be 'developing designs' taking projects to the next stage and will work independently and as part of a team.
In order to be successful your portfolio will show residential experience and strong REVIT skills. You will have a good knowledge of the construction legislations and be able to meet project deadlines.
Recently they have moved into a new studio which benefits from free parking and many nearby links to transport. They have a very low turnover of staff and provide you with an appealing salary.
