Make a difference as a Housekeeping Team Leader Many children are nervous about staying away from home. At PGL we take pride in making our young explorers as welcome as possible with a comfortable & clean environment. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you\’ll be accountable for leading a team of Housekeeping Assistants to ensure all our guest & communal areas look and feel warm and welcoming, creating fantastic first impressions and making our visitors feel at home. Is this you? You\’ll need great interpersonal skills to assist and engage with our guests, leadership ability to inspire and lead your team, and confidence and problem-solving talent to resolve any issues that stand in the way of delivering excellent guest experiences. We\’re looking for individuals with 3+ months experience within a housekeeping role and a recognisable qualification in Health & Safety.
