Job Description

Sheridan Maine are delighted to be partnering with a well established practice organisation in Hampshire who are currently recruiting for an Accountant to join their team. As Practice Accountant , you will be responsible for the following tasks:Completing year end accounts for multiple clientsPreparing financial statements Preparing relevant corporation and VAT tax submissionsManaging a portfolio of clients and providing advice on financial mattersAssisting other team members with queries and support with their client accountsProviding end to end bookkeeping supportTo be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:ACCA / ACA full or part qualified accountantPrior experience working within a busy practice environmentExcellent communication skills Possess the ability to build relationships both internally and externallyCompetent IT skills including bookkeeping software and excelYou are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.Due to the high volume of applications we receive it is not always possible to respond to unsuccessful applicants.
