Help us Elevate Education, Everywhere.

At Etio, we work with governments and institutions across the globe to improve education systems at scale. We support strategic planning, workforce development, quality assurance, and performance benchmarking – the kind of infrastructure that drives long-term improvement in outcomes. Right now, we’re building a smarter, more streamlined digital ecosystem to power that work. Monday.com is at the centre of it.

Our Technology & Digital team is a lean, expert crew of 14 – outcome-led, highly agile, and deeply practical. We design, scale, and refine digital platforms that drive impact across global programmes and internal operations alike.

The Role: Monday.com Systems Manager

We’re looking for someone who gets excited about transforming how organisations work – and knows how to turn a flexible platform like Monday.com into something structured, scalable, and deeply usable.

As our Monday.com Systems Manager, you’ll own the platform across Etio. That means shaping how it’s used as a CRM, portfolio tracker, operational hub, and more. You’ll design automations and integrations, set up governance structures, guide adoption across teams, and keep us ahead of the platform’s roadmap.

We’re already using Monday.com as a backbone for everything from solution delivery to risk registers. We’re pushing its automation and integration capabilities to reduce duplication, boost transparency, and embed smart workflows into the day-to-day. You’ll help us take all that further – with structure, consistency, and creativity.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role touches nearly every part of the business. Typical responsibilities include:

1. Platform Ownership & Governance

  • Overall administration of the Monday.com platform
  • User management, permissions, and access control
  • Creating and maintaining workspace-level governance models

2. Workflow & Automation Design

  • Designing, building, and maintaining automations, dashboards, and workflows
  • Translating business requirements into functional board structures
  • Creating reusable templates, views, and custom workflows

3. Integration & Technical Oversight

  • Managing integrations with tools like M365, Salesforce, Zapier, PowerBI
  • Working with APIs or coordinating with development teams where needed
  • Evaluating, introducing, and managing apps and add-ons

4. Training & Adoption

  • Leading onboarding and training for staff across functions
  • Supporting change initiatives to scale confident platform use
  • Acting as first-line support or escalation point for platform users

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Creating operational and performance dashboards
  • Defining reporting structures for portfolio, CRM, and internal data
  • Enabling data-driven decision-making across teams

6. Vendor & License Management

  • Managing relationships with Monday.com and key partners
  • Optimising seat usage and supporting license renewal planning

How You’ll Make an Impact

This role directly supports several key areas of Etio’s tech and delivery strategy:

  • Portfolio & CRM Configuration

Build and maintain scalable boards, dashboards, and views for managing programmes, customers, and sales funnels

  • Workflow Automation Strategy

Implement automations using native features and tools like Zapier to cut down on manual tasks

  • Tool Governance & Adoption

Design accessible templates and user experiences aligned to our operating model

  • Data & Reporting Infrastructure

Enable real-time reporting and support our growing emphasis on data-led planning

  • Integration Across Platforms

Connect Monday.com with other core systems (e.g., LMS, PowerBI, Salesforce) to centralise insights

  • Change Enablement

Drive training, onboarding, and adoption to embed Monday.com use across teams

What You’ll Bring

Essential experience:

  • Deep, hands-on experience administering Monday.com in a complex or enterprise setting
  • Strong governance mindset – including permission models, workspace setup, and templating
  • Demonstrated ability to design automations, dashboards, and workflow structures
  • Comfortable working with APIs and third-party integration tools (e.g. Zapier, Make)
  • Confident translating business requirements into usable platform solutions
  • Experience leading platform onboarding, user support, and change initiatives

Desirable qualities:

  • Awareness of Monday.com’s product roadmap – especially upcoming AI capabilities
  • A structured way of tracking platform updates and rolling out new features
  • Balanced thinking – able to offer flexibility while protecting platform integrity
  • Strong communicator – able to support technical and non-technical users
  • A proactive, builder’s mindset
