Marketing Strategy Consultant – Banking Sector

Rate: £350.00 per day inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Consultant with up to 7 years of experience to support our end client’s retail banking initiatives. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaign plans and strategies.
  • Drive customer performance KPIs through targeted engagement initiatives.
  • Create business cases to support marketing campaign execution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate on brand positioning, market research, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with overall business objectives and customer needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Maximum of 7 years of experience in marketing strategy, ideally within retail banking.
  • Proven expertise in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies (not acquisition-focused).
  • Some analytical skills for campaign tracking, reporting, and performance evaluation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to support brand positioning and research efforts.
