I am looking for an innovative, strategic, and passionate Marketing Manager to join a leading international events company that specialises in Tech, Finance, Energy and Utilities.

As Marketing Manager, you\’ll take ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns for a portfolio of vibrant live events. You\’ll unearth valuable consumer insights, roll out creative strategies that drive traffic and revenue, and elevate brand awareness across multiple platforms.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that boost growth and reputation
  • Manage end to end, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social), adapting globally, managing timelines/budgets, and creating marketing materials.
  • Lead brand planning, positioning, and storytelling across all touchpoints
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to inform direction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across departments
  • Mentor and support a junior team member to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Manage budgets, forecast performance, and report on KPIs and ROI

What We\’re Looking For

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (BSc/BA/MS essential)
  • Proven experience in marketing management, brand development, or a senior marketing role
  • Strong grasp of the full marketing mix-both strategic and hands-on execution
  • Expertise in campaign management, CRM tools, marketing automation & analytics
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset
  • Confident communicator with leadership capabilities and a positive, proactive attitude
  • A digital native-up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, channels, and trends
  • Demonstrable success in audience growth, lead generation, and campaign optimisation
