StartupTechLaw is expanding into the UK and is seeking a qualified lawyer with experience in startup and corporate law to lead the effort. This role is well-suited for someone who has been considering launching their own practice, but would prefer to do so with infrastructure, resources, and support already in place.

As our UK Partner, you would be responsible for advising startup clients, developing the local practice, and eventually helping to build out a legal team. We will support you with client referrals, operational support, legal oversight, and access to our proprietary legal AI tools—designed to increase efficiency for you and deliver high-quality service to your clients.

Importantly, there is no capital investment or financial contribution required from you. We provide the foundation so you can focus on building a practice without taking on the risk alone!

We are particularly interested in candidates who have either founded a company or worked closely with startups and understand the fast-paced, hands-on nature of early-stage legal work. This is not a typical employment role—it’s an opportunity to lead and grow a practice with ownership potential, supported by a proven firm.
