About the Role

We have a unique opportunity for a Senior Creator Consultant to join our team and work on some of our most exciting accounts.

A clear thinker, with experience and a strong sense of what makes a strong creator-marketing story, your intuition is good, you react quickly, effectively and decisively and you are able to clearly communicate your perspective with conviction. You set the agenda, tone and pace, and instil confidence in clients and teams with ease. You are brave, poised and committed to making the right decisions that deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

Business

  • Be a proactive creator-marketing leader within the business – working across multiple teams as projects and campaigns develop.

Leadership

  • Actively contribute to an innovative, collaborative and supportive work environment – using your skills, insight and behaviours to build high-functioning teams
  • Carry yourself, everyday, in a way that helps motivate others, builds morale and inspires colleagues to achieve more – lead with a positive example
  • Use your expertise to grow the creator-marketing capabilities and thinking of the teams you are part of, with a particular emphasis on enhancing the skills of less experienced team members
  • Push your clients and the teams you are part of to identify and tell the most powerful stories – being prepared to fight for the best results, not the easiest path

New Business

  • Play an active role in shaping the creator marketing approach for new business opportunities when assigned to an opportunity. Your input should go beyond just the creator approach or ‘storytelling’ but to shape the overall response that enables us to generate the strongest stories – playing a role in ideation and potential campaign deployment.
  • Proactively be looking for – and raising with account leads – opportunities for additional creator-marketing opportunities within existing clients

Financial

  • In partnership with the account leads you are working with, ensure that the creator aspects of any client activity are costed accurately and delivered within budget

Client

  • Be on top of creator marketing trends and what is driving earned conversation in the client categories you are working in.
  • Use your knowledge of what is happening in category and adjacent category spaces to shape attention-grabbing stories that deliver the creator-marketing component to client campaigns
  • Understand the intricacies of your clients’ business(es) and how any work you are doing fits as part of addressing their challenges
  • Where appropriate, be a direct connection to the client on on-going brand creator-marketing activity
  • Generate and develop world-leading attention-grabbing ideas
  • Oversee quality control on creator-marketing activity and materials for campaigns and clients you are working on – taking ultimate responsibility for accurate messaging, proof-reading and delivery mechanics
  • Where necessary – and as agreed with client teams – provide leadership or advise internal teams on strong story ideas emerging from wider campaign platforms, having a considered point of view on key messaging, press materials, media targets and sell-in strategies

About you

Experience & Expertise:

  • Proven experience working within influencer marketing, ideally in a senior or consultancy role.
  • Strong understanding of earned media, content creation, and talent/influencer partnerships.
  • Track record of shaping and supporting influencer strategy and campaign development across channels.
  • Comfortable acting as senior counsel for both clients and internal teams on influencer-led and earned media activity.
  • Confident leading and mentoring junior team members within the influencer or creator marketing space.

  • Highly strategic thinker with the ability to generate, develop, and sell powerful, attention-grabbing ideas.
  • Strong communicator – both written and verbal – able to lead meetings and present to clients with impact.
  • Emotionally intelligent leader who can inspire, influence, and build trust across diverse teams.
  • Able to balance hands-on delivery with advisory and nurturing roles across campaign lifecycles.
  • Keen sense of what drives media and influencer engagement across client categories.
