ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role of Breakfast Chef, your key focus will be to:
- work well in a team, taking ownership of your section
- ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times
- ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the Hotel
- follow closely the recipe specifications to ensure consistency of the food
- ensure all mise-en-place is set up accordingly
ABOUT YOU
- previous similar experience, ideally within a 5* luxury hotel environment
- ability to work independently and unsupervised
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- excellent attention to detail
- food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications
- ability to start the shift at 05:00hrs
