We are looking for a skilled Bid Writer to join our client’s team and help drive their continued success. You will be instrumental in winning new business by developing persuasive and client-focused proposals. The role involves deep collaboration with internal teams to ensure every bid is strategically aligned with client requirements. If you are a talented writer with a passion for research and a talent for creating compelling narratives, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
The Role:
- Deconstruct client requirements to pinpoint critical needs and success factors.
- Strategise with internal experts to design winning, tailored solutions for each proposal.
- Write compelling, benefit-led responses that are substantiated with clear evidence and examples.
- Coordinate and manage contributions from subject matter experts to ensure a cohesive and accurate submission.
- Review, edit, and polish all final content for absolute clarity, compliance, and professionalism.
- Enhance our bidding resources by creating and managing content for our internal knowledge library.
Who we are looking for:
- A degree in a relevant field such as English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline, with demonstrated exceptional writing and research skills.
- At least one year of professional experience (including placements or part-time roles). Experience in professional services, research, or marketing is advantageous but not essential.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude towards learning, and a meticulous eye for detail.
