We're looking for experienced engineers to join our Growth Group at monday.com! In this Group, you'll help drive the company's core metrics, Activation, Engagement, Monetization, and more, by spotting and building smart growth opportunities.

You'll work end-to-end on features across client and server, using data, experimentation, and proven growth strategies to make real impact across key areas of our product.

Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Central London office (Tottenham Court Road).

About The Role

  • Work with a small team of experienced and highly talented developers in an environment with cutting-edge technologies.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Analysis, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Data Analysis and Insights – Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Experimentation and Optimization – Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize the product, user experience, and conversion funnels, driving continuous improvements.
  • Technical Implementation – Implement technical solutions to support growth strategies, such as AI, Growth infrastructure, performance enhancements, code optimization, microservice architecture, integration of marketing tools, and more…
  • Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting – Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), report on growth initiatives' performance, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • User Experience Enhancement – Identify areas for improvement in the user experience and implement strategies to increase user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Our Stack – React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience.
  • Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment
  • Passion for both client-side and server-side development
  • A "growth mindset," including strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences.
  • Ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions.
  • Problem solver: ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Impact-driven, user and business oriented.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a mindset of "get things done".
