Are you a qualified NMP RMN with experience in substance misuse? We have an exciting opportunity with a reputable private provider offering excellent pay, structured hours, and a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join a multi-disciplinary substance misuse team where you will:

  • Initiate and review opiate substitute treatments (methadone, buprenorphine)

  • Conduct risk assessments, care planning, and reviews

  • Prescribe safely and monitor treatment responses

  • Collaborate closely with recovery workers, MDT members, and safeguarding teams

  • Ensure accurate clinical record-keeping and reporting

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

  • NMC registration as an RMN with Independent Prescribing (V300)

  • Experience working within substance misuse or addictions services

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex caseloads

  • Confidence in prescribing and medication management in drug and alcohol treatment settings

Contract Details:

  • Full-time, Mon – Fri (9 – 5)

  • Initial 3-month contract with potential for ongoing extension

  • Stable caseload with excellent clinical support
