The Role:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to candidate placement
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and business goals
- Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and market research
- Match candidates to roles based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful placements
