Claims Operations Delegated Authority Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Claims Operations Delegated Authority Analyst on behalf of an extremely well-regarded Lloyd's Syndicate.
Role Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the end-to-end delegated authority process for DCAs, including, but not limited to, the onboarding of new DCA entities, carrying out new and renewing Due Diligence processes, and managing the administration of all DCA contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the negotiation of services, contracts, and service level agreements for new DCAs.
- Gathering KPI data and generating MI reports for claims monitoring purposes.
- Managing of the DCA audit plan, arranging audits as required.
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of claims bordereaux data.
- Monitoring Loss Fund levels for appropriateness, undertaking reconciliations in order to identify funds that can be returned.
- Completing Audit plan and satisfactory resolution of audit recommendations.
- Maintaining accurate records and up to date trackers.
- Completing effective bordereaux administration, including chasing overdue bordereaux and query resolution.
- Completing Accurate MI reports.
Key Requirements
- Experience of working within a Lloyd's Delegated Claims function.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A strong understanding of the Lloyd's market and wider environment.
