Microbiology Technician – Cheshire – Up to £30,000 pa + Benefits – Ref:1937
I am currently recruiting for a Microbiology Technician to work for a multi-national engineering organisation based in Cheshire. Salary up to £30,000 + Benefits.
The company are leaders within their field of expertise and are seen as the go to organisation within their specialist product area, not only in the UK, but on an international basis. They have multiple offices throughout the UK, as well as being strategically positioned throughout the world. They have gone from strength to strength over recent years and via organic growth as well as a range of acquisitions they have strengthened their client offering ensuring they stay at the forefront of the market.
To support the growth of the business they now have the need to appoint a Microbiology Technician on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Microbiology Technician, you will be responsible for bioburden testing, water testing and sampling, environmental monitoring and analysing the micro organisms using microscopes and the gram staining technique.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Microbiology Technician or similar
- At least 1 years' experience working in a laboratory environment
