Service Admin Manager

We are working with a renowned manufacturer in the electrical energy market, with 30+ yearsβ experience providing their products across UK, Europe and Middle East.
We are hiring for a brand new role, Service Admin Manager to join us in our Aberdeen HQ to coordinate and direct our Service Admin Team, responsible for assigning maintenance and repair jobs to our team of Service Engineers here in Sunny Scotland.
In this role, you will be responsible for;
- Oversee 2 Service Administrators β providing support, guidance and development.
- Job allocation to the Service Engineering Team
- Coordination of local accommodation for assigned engineers
- Filling, reporting and service invoicing
- Raise and manage purchase orders for equipment and parts required for jobs
- Management of order status, delivery status
- Monthly reporting of service stats
- Management of annual leave and timesheet submissions for Service Engineers
- Manage approvals of purchase requisitions
- Ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this role, we are seeking;
- Previous experience supporting service engineering department, managing parts orders.
- Demonstrable experience of team leadership, management or in a supervisory role.
- Competent use of Microsoft Suite β outlook, word, excel.
- Knowledge of coordinating business accommodation and travel β beneficial.
- Able to attend the office 5 days a week.
