We’re looking for a talented Event Manager to lead the private and corporate events strategy for one of London’s most exciting dining destinations – a luxury restaurant known for its vibrant atmosphere and loyal clientele.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a strong network in the London events and lifestyle scene.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a proactive sales and events strategy tailored to the venue’s identity and goals
- Drive event revenue through private hires, group bookings, brand activations, and corporate partnerships
- Manage the full sales cycle – from outreach and proposals to site visits, contracting, and on-the-day execution
- Build lasting relationships with corporate clients, PR agencies, concierges, and event planners
- Collaborate with the restaurant’s operations, kitchen, and marketing teams to deliver seamless events
- Oversee the event calendar, reporting, budgets, and pipeline performance
- Represent the restaurant at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
What We’re Looking For
- Based in London with a strong local network in hospitality, events, and lifestyle industries
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in event sales or management within a luxury restaurant, hotel, or premium brand
- Demonstrated success in hosting and managing high-end events with a strong commercial focus
- Confident, client-facing communicator – comfortable engaging with VIPs, brands, and media
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Passionate about hospitality, storytelling, and creating standout guest experiences
- Willing to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
