We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Regulatory Advisory Consultant to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study, providing critical insights and recommendations on the viability and strategic approach for launching this new service line, covering all types of insurance across international territories. Key Deliverables & Responsibilities of the Insurance Regulatory Consultant:
- Conduct a thorough feasibility study to assess the market opportunity and operational requirements for establishing an international insurance regulatory advisory service.
- Analyze complex international insurance regulations, identifying key compliance challenges and opportunities across diverse insurance types (e.g., marine, commercial, personal lines).
- Evaluate the competitive landscape and advise on optimal positioning and service differentiation.
- Develop a strategic roadmap, outlining potential service offerings, operational models, and resource requirements for the new venture.
- Provide expert, actionable advice to senior leadership on the overall viability and recommended structure for the insurance regulatory advisory service.
