Job Description

The RoleThis is a full time, permanent position.The logistics coordinator will work full time onsite in Stockton.Key responsibilities for the logistics coordinator includes:
  • Book transport for containers, modular buildings, and AV units by coordinating with hauliers.
  • Oversee deliveries and resolve any transport-related issues.
  • Communicate ETAs and delivery updates to customers, handling any queries.
  • Ensure hauliers meet safety, reliability, and accreditation standards.
  • Manage tasks from the transport inbox efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Update Sales on order changes and their impact on delivery.
  • Maintain a positive, flexible attitude and deliver high-quality work.
