THIS IS A HOME BASED ROLE.

The Role:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy across multiple channels, supporting both B2B and B2C segments. Working closely with sales, NPD, and senior leadership, the successful candidate will lead brand development, digital marketing, trade marketing, and customer communications to deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage brand positioning, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Lead digital marketing activities including website, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to develop effective trade marketing initiatives.

  • Manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing outputs on time and within budget.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, optimising campaigns to maximise ROI.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in marketing within the food or FMCG sector. They will be commercially astute, creative, and highly organised with a proven ability to deliver effective marketing campaigns that drive business results.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within food manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG.
  • Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, and trade marketing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical capability and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business or related field is preferred.
