HR Generalist
Due to an internal promotion, Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a global, long-established and highly-innovative business in the recruitment of a HR Generalist to be based in Greater Belfast.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR Generalist to get exposure across the full HR remit in NI, GB and ROI whilst receiving tailored support and a clear progression pathway to becoming a HR Manager.

What will you do as HR Generalist?
Reporting directly to the COO, the HR Generalist will play a key role as a strategic partner to management and employees across NI, ROI and GB. You\’ll be responsible for the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. Duties include:
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and teams.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
- Support development plans, succession strategies, and performance management.
- Provide expert guidance on employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Maintain and enhance HRIS and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Champion employee engagement, culture, and learning initiatives.
What will you require?
- Minimum of 2 years human resources experience
- Understanding of ROI, GB and NI employment legislation
- Experienced in end to end recruitment, utilising HRIS Systems, some exposure to ER and L&D
- Ability to travel to the UK every 3 weeks
