Events Coordinator (Administrator)

HSBC Innovation Bank are looking for an Events Coordinator (Administrator) to join their team in London. The Events Coordinator (Administrator) will provide critical and wide-ranging support to the events function without HSBC Innovation Banking.

Principal Responsibilities:
Event Coordinators have a wide range of duties to complete, and they may be required to take on extra administrative tasks as and when required. Primary duties and responsibilities include:
• Contract management with key suppliers
• Invoice management – uploading invoices to our in-house portal, raising the necessary accompanying PO’s, tracking the status of invoices, working with internal procurement teams where necessary
• Venue sourcing alongside our third-party agency
• Venue booking confirmations both internally and externally
• Speaker and attendee changes
• Name badge creation and distribution
• Management of in-house events cupboard
• Coordination of Monday.com events board

Requirements:
• An ability to work independently in completing assigned duties
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• An ability to quickly gain a thorough knowledge of HINV bank operations and products
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint
