The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

As one of our General Managers, you\’ll get a competitive salary plus a bonus scheme that pays out regularly, alongside:

  • Overtime pay. If you work over your contracted hours, you\’ll get paid at your normal hourly rate, no pre-approval required.
  • Up to £5k annual bonus potential in addition to the base salary advertised
  • A commitment to prioritise your work life balance and respect of your time off.
  • Tips shared equally across the team, based on hours worked.
  • Two days off a week and one weekend off every six weeks.
