A leading Contract Caterer in the Business & Industry (B&I) sector is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth through new, profitable contracts.

Location: Home counties up to Manchester
Salary: Circa £90,000 + commission, + overall bonus for the team target.
In this strategic role, you will lead the acquisition of new business via competitive tenders and direct client approaches. Working alongside a well-resourced sales team, including two sellers, a bid manager, two telesales specialists, two designers, and a copywriter. You will ensure the financial propositions are compelling and commercially sound.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the sales team with financial modelling
- Leading regular sales meetings and maintaining alignment with company strategy
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry standards
- To maintain and develop a wide network of contacts, including catering consultants, within the market place to ensure the company is invited to as many tenders as possible.
- Ensure all tenders are innovative, accurate, compliant, and professionally presented
- Prepare and undertake a thorough hand-over to the operational team once the contract is secured
