We are currently conducting a search for an HR advisor for a tier one main contractor based in North London.
They require a generalist who can work across multiple functions for their construction business.
Responsibilities include, however are not limited to:
- L&D
- Exit interviews
- Onboarding
- HR contractual issues
- Advising and assisting payroll and accounts
- Supporting the senior HR team members
- Attending disciplinary hearing
This is very much a hands-on role and requires somebody who is happy to travel to various sites and offices in and around London, as well as spending two days in their Central London office located near Euston Station. Working remotely is allowed one day a week.
The ideal candidate will have worked in the construction or built environment previously , together with having their CIPD level three or above.
The basic salary will range between £40,000 to £55,000 depending upon level of experience. There is also a good package on offer including car or car allowance, a generous pension and annual bonus. The company pride themselves on developing staff and this will be the case for the HR advisor.
We would like to find someone who has longevity in their previous roles and understands the importance of being part of the wider team and not just the HR function.
