Our client, a leading OEM in the Building Management Systems sector, is looking for an experienced BMS service or project or commissioning engineer to lead their newly formed technical support team.
The Role:
As a BMS Technical Support Team Leader, you are responsible for managing a team of support engineers to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues raised by customers and internal stakeholders. Your role includes overseeing day-to-day operations, providing guidance on complex technical problems, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. You play a key part in mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
Package:
- £55,000-£65,000 salary
- Company bonus
- 26 days holiday + bank holidays.

Requirements:
- Strong experience in either BMS Servicing, commissioning or project management (Desigo, EcoStructure, Tridium etc)
