We are currently searching for an Endur Business Analyst with to lead front-to-back business process design and analysis for global energy trading clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements across front, middle, and back office
  • Translate needs into functional Endur configurations and workflows
  • Lead workshops, support testing, and ensure delivery aligns with trading operations
  • Collaborate with dev teams and client stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years as an Endur BA in energy/commodity trading
  • Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and Endur modules (TM, SM, RiskPak)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in Oil and Gas products – physical or financial
