Large global law firm are looking for a highly experienced legal Document Production Specialist to join their document production team working on a fully remote basis. This role will be working from home on a full-time basis on the 9am – 5pm shift.

The firm are looking for an experienced legal Document Production Specialist who can hit the ground running, the starting salary will be £34,000 per annum.

Core responsibilities within this new role will be to ensure the continued provision of a high-quality document production service utilising all in-house Word templates on the day shift Monday – Friday on a fully remote basis, along with the following:

  • Carry out requests within the departmental remit – amends, conversions, working with PDFs, digital dictation, repairing documents, organisation charts, and presentations
  • Using a cloud-based file management system to check jobs in and out
  • Quality Controlling of work before return to the client

Technical skills and experience required:

  • Highly skilled in templates and house styles.
  • Previous experience in a Legal Document Production role
  • Advanced MS Office skills and able to work across other software packages for example, Visio, Adobe Acrobat
  • Eye for detail and accuracy in the work produced
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Must be able to communicate job specifications and be confident in dealing with multiple users
  • Must be a team player but also have the ability and confidence to work alone when required
