We have a fantastic opportunity for two Italian-speaking Administrators to join our dynamic Client Services team in London.Position Details:• Location: Central London• Contract: Full-time, Permanent• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM• Hybrid Working: Initially office-based 5/5 for the first 6-12 months, transitioning to 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home• Team Size: 25 people in an open-plan office About the Role: As a key member of the Client Services team, you will assist in administering a portfolio of companies and trusts. Your responsibilities will include:• Communicating with clients and third parties• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations• Preparing and managing documents such as agreements, invoices, and payments• Keeping financial records and ledgers up to date in collaboration with accountants• Setting up companies and maintaining accurate company files on a daily basis.
