This role is key in shaping and executing a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the Brand & Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering standout campaigns that drive customer acquisition and support ambitious commercial growth goals. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing an 18-month integrated campaign calendar aligned with business objectives. Leading a team to deliver impactful, creative, and ROI-driven national campaigns. Driving customer acquisition across digital and traditional channels to meet growth targets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand, operational, and commercial strategies. Embedding data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI. Fostering a high-performing team culture through mentorship and development. This newly created role will suit someone with proven experience in a senior marketing or growth-focused role. Substantial experience managing strategic, creative and ROI driven integrated campaigns is essential, as is the development of best in class campaign calendars, step changing ways of working and creating campaigns that deliver strong financial returns and positive customer outcomes. You must demonstrate excellent leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. Sector experience well suited to this role would be gained in retail (anything from grocery and QSR to fashion), leisure, sport and travel.
