Job Description

The Danny Sullivan Group are currently looking for an Information Manager to join a leading Civil Engineering and Infrastructure contractor delivering major water and wastewater projects across the South of England.\\n\\nThe company has been appointed to a long-term strategic framework worth £3.1bn and will be involved in delivering capacity upgrades, treatment enhancements, and resilience improvements for water and wastewater facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a critical infrastructure programme with strong long-term prospects.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nSupport the adoption of the information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 19650.\\nHighlight errors throughout the QA process and maintain awareness of the "golden thread" principles.\\nAssist in the development of protocols, templates, forms, manuals, and minimum standards alongside the Digital Construction Lead.\\nDeliver and implement digital information management strategies and contribute to system improvements based on project team feedback.\\nConduct audits across live projects, generate compliance reports, and coordinate with teams to ensure corrective actions are taken.\\nDeliver advanced CDE training and provide upskilling support to project teams and stakeholders.\\nManage and support information coordinators including performance reviews, mentoring, and training.\\nEnsure the EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) is aligned with CDE (Common Data Environment) standards and ISO 19650.\\nProvide day-to-day support on information management issues such as user account setup, access controls, and workflow configuration.Qualifications & Experience:\\n\\nStrong understanding of practical application of information management procedures and workflows.\\nProven track record of delivering ISO 19650-compliant practices across projects.\\nExperience in configuring and managing EDMS systems to CDE principles – Viewpoint for Projects experience preferred.\\nKnowledge of user security permissions and change management processes.\\nExperience working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and subcontractors on data-heavy projects.\\nConfident in delivering training and engaging with stakeholders to ensure compliance.\\nInterest in digital delivery, project administration, and continuous improvement in infrastructure projects.This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of digital project delivery in the water sector.
