Job Description
My well known Client is urgently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Clerk of Works to join their team and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across our construction projects. You'll play a key role in safeguarding quality and workmanship, acting as our eyes and ears on-site, and ensuring work is completed to the required specifications, standards, and regulations.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nMonitor construction work on-site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations.\\n\\nReport on quality of materials and workmanship, identifying any issues or deviations.\\n\\nPrepare detailed site inspection reports and maintain accurate records.\\n\\nLiaise with contractors, site staff, engineers, architects, and clients.\\n\\nAttend site meetings and progress reviews.\\n\\nMonitor health and safety practices on-site.\\n\\nSupport snagging, handover, and defect resolution processes.\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nProven experience as a Clerk of Works or similar quality/site inspection role.\\n\\nA keen eye for detail and strong technical knowledge of construction practices.\\n\\nGood understanding of relevant legislation and regulations (e.g. Building Regulations, CDM).\\n\\nExcellent communication and reporting skills.\\n\\nRelevant qualifications (e.g.
