A global insurance firm are looking to expand their team in London. Our client is currently looking for a passionate Product Owner with previous experience in Lloyds of London insurance to realize their own vision on delivering change to their Claims, Operations, and workbench functions. This is about bringing unique ideas to the table, not working to a specification.

While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.

There is no better time for an ambitious Product Owner to join a company which leads digital transformations for clients by modernizing and integrating their mainstream IT, and by deploying digital solutions at scale to produce better business outcomes.

The successful applicant will be responsible for shaping initiatives and working with their technical teams and 3rd party vendors to deliver the right solutions within their core insurance team. They will contribute to and improve product ownership & delivery practices within the company.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a product owner or similar roles

· Proven experience within Lloyds of London insurance market ideally with some exposure across workbench

· Proven experience within an IT/Bridge role in the past such as business analyst

· Experience managing third party vendors and coaching junior staff is a plus

· Must have right to work in the UK

Salary & Package: up to £90,000 per year + bonus and a variety of benefits

Location: London with 4 days per week in office (can be 3 on occasion)
