About the Role
This role is based in our London Studio and offers the opportunity to work closely with Principals and other Project Leaders to deliver high-quality design outcomes for our clients. We are seeking a strong all-rounder with exceptional conceptual design skills and advanced Revit documentation capabilities. You will bring a proven track record in managing project programs and leading teams through all phases of architectural delivery.

About You
As the successful candidate, you will bring a strong track record of contributing to a collaborative, creative, and resourceful team environment. Your experience includes specialised expertise in the design and construction of architectural projects, where you\’ve played a key role in transforming concepts into built environments. You demonstrate a deep understanding of design principles, project coordination, and construction processes, and you are adept at navigating the complexities of delivering high-quality architectural solutions from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Principal in charge in the ideation and evolution of our projects design and assist in resolving complex design issues.
- Ability to communicate in sketches, 3D vignettes and technical drawings.
- Manage the day-to-day running of projects including client liaison.
- Undertake the production of the project in accordance with the brief.
- Produce technical drawings and documentation.
- Liaising and ability to coordinate with external consultants, including cross checking of drawings and Revit models.
- Happy to be hands on and work across the documentation stages when required.
- Produce a conceptual design solution with awareness of and response to the strategic, financial.
You will be able to demonstrate
- 8-10+ years’ experience (or equivalent) working in the Architecture field.
- Hold a Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience on large scale projects.
- Proven experience working on design elevated projects.
- Advanced Revit skills essential.
- Demonstrate sound skills in overarching concept design to design development.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of project delivery requirements.
- Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
- Middle East project experience is advantageous.
