The company develops a pioneering image recognition AI platform, easy to integrate and use. The solution can recognize individuals in real-time in a crowd and under various conditions, capture their experiences, and automatically distribute personalized content across vast groups of users. We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy AI Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. We’re looking for a cutting-edge AI Motion Designer with a deep understanding of visual storytelling, animation trends, and social media dynamics. You will harness both traditional motion design techniques and AI-driven creative tools to craft compelling visual content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and emerging social spaces. Your work will blend artistic flair with technical innovation to help us drive brand engagement, product storytelling, and viral marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and 3D design tools is required.
Responsibilities
· Create dynamic motion graphics using generative AI tools.
· Trim footage segments and sequence videos as well as create motion graphics and designs that deliver on client expectations.
· Ability to receive and execute creative direction and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
· Collaborate with creative directors and other colleagues to best support larger media goals.
· Take initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions.
· Creative problem solver that understands the needs of clients/partners and delivers innovative solutions.
· Create graphic templates for easy use by other team members and partner teams.
· Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries.
· Adept with Motion Graphic Technology.
· Must be detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
Motion Graphics Designer Requirements and Qualifications
· 4+ years of prior experience with and a strong portfolio of motion graphics work, with at least 2 years as a motion designer in Tech.
· Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics or 3D design software, in addition to the latest AI tools to generate images and video, including Runway, Kling, Sora, among others.
· A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions.
