This role is more \’Pre Sales Solutions\’ based than Cloud/Technology or software focused.
HR Technology Solution Architect – Supporting all sizes including large and complex Human Resources sales opportunities. Responsible for all aspects of the technology solution, including infrastructure, foundation tools, functional tools, automation, analytics and AI.
The tech solution arch will work with their counterpart Solution Architect to assess and solution an optimal technology solution for the client including assessing the business impact, cost optimization and technology risk assessment.
The role includes developing articulate responses to client requests and presenting the tech solution to the client and internal stakeholders.
Support our Sales Team as Technical Solution Architect in large and complex pre-sales/RFP processes involving multiple technologies:
- Manage/ Coordinate involved technology teams in on- and offshore locations across all aspects of technology relevant to the opportunity
- Develop technical solution design and work with assigned technical architects and cost architects to create corresponding cost estimates
- Present and discuss solutions with client executives
- Present technology solution to internal executive approvers
- Collaborate with Transformation team to assess the business impact/return on investment for the more complex components of the technology solution
- Work closely with other technology teams such as Insights and Intelligence, Automation and Technology Consulting to create a holistic technology approach and cost estimate that captures all details, dependencies and assumptions of the technology landscape.
- Demo Accenture’s HR assets, as needed, to internal and external stakeholders
- Client facing presentation skills
- Strong communication skills/storytelling and experienced in communication at executive level both written and oral

- Experience working in Business Process Services for Human Resources.

- Familiarity with generative AI (GenAI) concepts.

- Demonstrated Finance Transformation and/or Solution Architect Experience – leadership in prescribing or delivering technology driven transformation in Core Finance

- Demonstrated Technology Delivery Experience – Sales or Delivery experience with core technologies supporting Enterprise Finance: ERP, RPA, Finance Specific Platforms, Analytics, AI, Other
- Familiarity with Tech for Ops core technology solutions and functions
- Experience with outsourcing applications such as ERPs, reporting, reconciliation and workflow tools (examples: Tradeshift, Trintech, Cadency, Blackline, High Radius, SAP VIM, SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with multiple connectivity solutions (B2B Network Connectivity, Application Delivery / VDI, Voice and Call Center Capabilities)
- Language skills in a major non-English language
- IT Operations experiences
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, engineering, business, or related field or equivalent experience
