THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer 5+ PQE to join a well established law firm

The successful candidate will be expected to work independently handling a broad ranging and high level workload to include;-

Mergers & Acquisitions

Corporate reorganisations

Shareholder agreements, Corporate Governance

Commercial Contracts, E Commerce / Data Protection

Intellectual property

The post holder will be expected to play a significant role as a key member of a thriving team participating in business development and mentoring of junior team members

THE CANDIDATE

You will have a solid corporate background with M&A transactional and commercial contracts experience gained from working within a leading law firm

You will be looking to develop a career handling a broad ranging workload advising an interesting client base
