Ductwork Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled Ductwork Construction Manager to join a well-established Ductwork Contractor delivering commercial HVAC schemes across Central London. With a turnover of approx. £30 million, the business is a trusted delivery partner for leading fit-out contractors, with a strong pipeline of long-term work secured.\\n\\nRole Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage and coordinate ductwork installation activities across commercial projects in the City.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure all works are carried out to design specifications, programme timelines, and quality standards.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee site-based QA processes, paperwork, and compliance with health & safety regulations.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support project management in tracking progress, resolving site issues, and maintaining clear documentation.\\n\\nCandidate Requirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Demonstrable experience as a Construction Manager or Supervisor on commercial HVAC/ductwork installations.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of QA procedures, documentation, and project controls.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Hands-on leadership skills with the ability to drive site performance and quality.\\n\\n * \\n\\n SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS card, and relevant mechanical/HVAC qualifications preferred.\\n\\nWhat’s On Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n £60,000 PAYE salary\\n\\n * \\n\\n Long-term, secure workload across high-profile commercial projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Opportunity to join a respected specialist contractor with strong client relationships and project pipeline
