The Company
Our Client, is a well-established, leading and Global Lloyd\’s Broker with a strong presence within the London Market Insurance. Specialising in providing a broad range innovate insurance and reinsurance to their valued partners and clients, there\’s now several brand new vacancies within their International and North American Property & Casualty Reinsurance Division\’s.
Within these exciting, encompassing and versatile opportunities, as a Reinsurance Client Advocate, the post-holder(s) with be responsible for Premium Processing, Broker Support and light Claims Processing duties, with plenty of client and market involvement.
Role Duties
- Technical processing of accounts (premiums, pro-rata and XOL claims)
- Liaising with clients and reinsurance carriers
- Building relationships with internal and external clients
- Attending client and reinsurer meetings
- Identify client’s requirements and work collaboratively with, to achieve the best outcomes
- Assisting with servicing client accounts
- Prepare and maintain account statistics
- Negotiating claims occasionally
Role Requirements
- 2 + years of experience in working for a Lloyd\’s Broker (desirable) – Reinsurer background may be considered
- Experienced in performing technical processing duties for post-placement activities
- Technical experience within Reinsurance (Treaty, Facultative, XOL, Pro-Rata, Non-Proportional or Proportional business), Please note, Technical Insurance experience will also be considered!
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
