Are you passionate about people and ready to bring your energy to our award winning advertising client? We're on the lookout for a People Coordinator to join a supportive, inclusive, and engaging employee 1st agency, that service 250 creatives, strategists, and makers.
As the People Coordinator , you’ll work closely with the People & Culture team to support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to learning and development. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR coordination, supporting initiatives that drive culture, well-being, and growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting smooth and engaging onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assisting with employee data management using ReachHR
- Coordinating internal events, training sessions, and wellness programs
- Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Being a trusted point of contact for day-to-day employee queries
- Helping deliver pulse surveys and assist with action planning
- Collaborating with the wider People & Culture team on projects that evolve our culture and people experience
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You…
- Have 1 year+ experience as a People Assistant (agency or creative environment a plus!)
- Are highly organized, detail-driven, and great at juggling tasks
- Bring warmth, empathy, and discretion to your work with people
- Are proactive and curious—always asking how things can be done better
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
