Ductwork Project Manager 📍 Midlands 🏗 Residential | Commercial | Data Centres | Healthcare ⏱ Immediate Start Available We are working with a well-established and highly regarded ductwork contractor who are continuing to grow due to a strong and consistent pipeline of work across the Midlands and wider UK. Due to expansion, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Ductwork Project Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and being part of a progressive and growing business with long-term career prospects. The Role As Ductwork Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple ductwork packages simultaneously, overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Projects span residential, commercial, data centre, and healthcare sectors, offering varied and technically interesting work. Key Responsibilities * Manage multiple ductwork projects concurrently. * Oversee installation of various ductwork systems, including: * Fire-rated ductwork * Galvanised ductwork * Aluminium ductwork * Specialist and bespoke duct systems * Lead and manage site supervisors, installation teams, and subcontractors. * Control project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting. * Programme works and coordinate with main contractors and M&E teams. * Ensure quality standards and health & safety compliance on all sites. * Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates. Requirements * Proven experience as a Ductwork Project Manager or Senior Supervisor stepping up. * Strong technical knowledge of ductwork systems across multiple sectors. * Experience managing multiple projects at the same time. * Strong understanding of project budgets and commercial control. * Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Available to start immediately or at short notice.
