Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Ductwork Project Manager to join an established Ductwork Contractor delivering high-quality commercial HVAC schemes in Central London. With a turnover of approximately £30 million, the business is well-positioned in the market, working with leading fit-out contractors and holding a strong pipeline of long-term projects.\\nRole Overview:\\n * \\n Lead and manage ductwork installation packages on commercial office and fit-out projects.\\n * \\n Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-standard delivery.\\n * \\n Oversee project QA documentation, H&S compliance, and ensure quality benchmarks are met throughout.\\n * \\n Collaborate with clients, consultants, and main contractors to resolve site issues and drive programme.\\n * \\n Ensure all paperwork, RAMS, commissioning plans, and handover documents are completed accurately.\\nKey Requirements:\\n * \\n Proven experience in Ductwork or HVAC Project Management within commercial construction.\\n * \\n Solid understanding of QA procedures, documentation, and building services coordination.\\n * \\n Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.\\n * \\n SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS card, and relevant HVAC qualifications desirable.\\nPackage:\\n * \\n £70,000 PAYE salary\\n * \\n Long-term role with a busy, secure business and opportunities for progression\\n * \\n Stable working environment with projects for major developers and blue-chip clients
